in relation to those growth rates, should outperform over the longer-term. We follow a team based
investment approach. Securities are identified as a result of a disciplined, fundamentally based
research and investment process applied across regions and industries, which focuses on valuation to
long-term earnings growth, management, financial strength and competitive positioning. Portfolio
construction is driven primarily by stock selection considerations. We aim to create concentrated yet
